How To Multibox Wow
This article will explain how to play up to 5 characters at once in
World of Warcraft, otherwise known as “multiboxing”. I will explain
how you don’t need to have 5 computers to play 5 different characters
at once. I’ll describe how pressing 1 button on 1 keyboard makes 5
characters do the same action.
Back in the day, if you wanted to play more than one character at once
in WoW, you would need an additional computer for each additional
character you wanted to play. This is no longer the case. Now, you can
play 5 different characters at the same time on the same computer.
A while back, Blizzard made it so you can play multiple copies of the
game on the same computer. A short while after that, someone came up
with a nifty little program that allowed you to control 5 different
characters at the same time by transmitting your single commands to
each character at the same time. So, when you press 1 key on your
primary character, the command is automatically sent to the rest of
your characters.
Imagine on a Elemental Shaman in pvp, pressing 1 button and your
opponent gets blasted by 5 chain lightnings at once. It’s scary for
sure. And fun!
Another great use for this software is leveling your characters at the
same time. When you accept a quest on your primary character, your
other characters get the quest as well. When you complete the quest,
your other characters complete it at the same time.
Now, add to this the refer-a-friend system that WoW has in place. You
may refer yourself on each of your different accounts. When you do
this, each of your other characters get extra xp and can grant the
other characters free levels.
To sum it up, I would definatly suggest trying out this software if
you plan to multibox Wow. It makes the game so much more fun and easy
to play in a multibox world.

Multiboxing Shaman
To start with your multiboxing shaman team everybody recommends to start doing instances when you reach level 14. Be advice it will be a little difficult before that level because you don’t have the necessary totems to multiboxing instances. As soon as you reach level 30 you will have all the totems needed to run instances with no or little problems.
Basic Multiboxing Shaman Macros
Invite All:
This macro invites all your characters to a group from your main character and sets looting in the group to free-for-all.
/invite Character1
/invite Character2
/invite Character3
/ffa
Accept All:
Hitting this macro on all your characters will make them take a number of possible actions, from accepting your party invite to accepting a shared quest or trade.
/script AcceptGroup();
/script AcceptQuest();
/script AcceptTrade();
/script RetrieveCorpse();
/script RepopMe();
/script ConfirmAcceptQuest();
/script StaticPopup_Hide(“PARTY_INVITE”);
/script StaticPopup_Hide(“QUEST_ACCEPT”);
Set Focus:
This macro when hit on all characters will set focus to one of your characters based on whether or not you hit one of the modifier keys ( control, shift, control-shift)
/clearfocus
/focus [modifier:ctrl,modifier:shift,target=Avarell] [modifier:ctrl, target=Willyam]
[modifier:shift, target=Jeck] [target=Joeh]
Follow Focus
This is a great little macro to use on all of your characters to follow whoever the focus target is. This means you can easily switch characters with your focus macro, then dynamically have all your shaman follow that character instead.
/stopmacro [target=focus, noexists]
/follow focus
Mounting Macro
Using this macro your boxed characters will mount their regular mount if on the ground – or their flying mount if they are in a situation where they can fly. If they are in combat they’ll use ghost wolf instead.
#showtooltip
/cast [combat,nomounted][modifier] Ghost Wolf
/cast [nostance,nocombat,noflyable] Whistle of the Violet Raptor
/dismount [mounted]
/cancelform [stance]

Combat when multiboxing shaman
One great reason to multibox shaman is that many of their spells stack well, from their totems to their chain heal and chain lightning. This makes them one of the easier classes to multibox, so they are recommended for beginners, specially combined with a multiboxing software.
