I want to start Multiboxing In WoW With One Computer.?
Question by Timpyroz: I want to start Multiboxing In WoW With One Computer.?
Hi, I recently got a 39 mage/priest combo and want to start multi boxing cause the friend i was playing with doesn’t have time to play.. What are some good macros and a solid software i can use that’s free or just costs little to multibox nicely. The only problem i noticed is that i lagged on the priest when i had it in the background just following when i tested multi-boxing.. this didn’t happen before but if you have any tips for how to not lag as much like ui or anything feel free to post as well
THANNKSSS!! =]

This is a pretty broad question.
To multibox with World of Warcraft I assume you know that you need to have multiple accounts, as each account can only be signed in at one location at a time.
Personally, I don’t think it’s all that necesary to two box all that early. When you say ” recently got” I hope you dont mean you bought your characters, as I would strongly urge you to get the full experience of the game and start from scratch.
My old peace of crap laptop with 512mb of Ram, nice video card, and relatively low proccessing speed was able to handle two boxing. As long as it was freshly rebooted, no other programs running, etc.
But with WoW you want at the bare minimum 1gb of ram…
Of course, if you cant get new equipment, you could always turn down your video settings in game. THere should be an entire host of them such as
— Turn of weather affects
— Turn off character shadows
— Spell special effect minimized
etc.
I am not in game as of now, so that’s all I can recall from the top of my head.
Good luck
